LICENSE AGREEMENT: By submitting your work to be published on The Online Print Gallery and its platforms (website, social media and other promotional channels), you consent to the Terms of Service & License Agreement.

CONTENT

Please send your files to info@theonlineprintgallery.com, using Dropbox.com or wetransfer.com to send the following files:

1. Your full name, address, email and contact number.

2. High resolution images of each piece (300dpi and at least 50x60")

3. A title and 200-300 words description of each piece, include the medium of the original work if it's a painting.

4. A 500-600 work biography of yourself.

5. A photo of yourself.

IMPORTANT: we cannot accept submissions if we do not receive all the content required to create your portfolio and listings.

USEFUL NOTES

BIOGRAPHY: Buyers often like to read about our artists or photographers and what inspired them or how their style has developed. Aim to write 500-600 words about what you love to photographer or paint/draw, your experiences, anything you're particularly proud of or exhibitions you've done. Treat this section like a personal article to express who you are as an artists or photographer and what personal purpose you might be fulfilling using creativity.

Please do ensure you proofread your bio before sending it over.

PROFILE PHOTO: Your photo can be just of you or even you in action taking photos or creating your artworks. People love to see a creative person in action.

SOCIAL MEDIA LINKS: Please send your social media links for your work.

PAYMENT DETAILS: If your submission was successful, we will send a form to request the bank account details you would like your royalties to go to.

FOR EACH IMAGE YOU'D LIKE TO SUBMIT

IMAGE (printable): Images must be 300dpi and at least 50x60" for our printers to produce and high quality print.

IMAGE (for website): Please send a low resolution image (preferable web-optimised) for our website. If you are unsure about how to reduce the size of your images, you can simple send the high resolution image and we will help to create the low resolution image for you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that we cannot accept any submissions without all the above sent in full.
