PIPE DREAM BY MICHAEL CLARKE

This was taken at Shoeburyness in Southend, Essex, UK. It was my first time visiting this location along this part of the coastline at low tide various structures become visible and this is one of them, although as I found out you have to be quick to be able to get the right amount of water surrounding it as the tide goes out rather quickly!

Shot as a long exposure to smooth out the water and really show the movement in the clouds and edited in a fine art style, I love using long exposures to be able to turn something that may not seem interesting or worth photographing into a piece of art, In this case a rusty old pipe.
